Myj issues with NEXT have been partly resolved. Still awaiting a new NEXT account card. Found it extremely difficult to contact them by telephone or text chat.

Parcel delivered to wrong address twice despite courier being told face to face it was wrong yesterday. Courier was shown where right address was yet they drove off past customer. Unbelievable!

She said both the products are in the parcel. If a picture of both products were in the message it would have been helpful.

Inquiry about a refund due via joules

Have not recceived a refund for a blouse and trousers

I did ask for a refund as I enclosed a letter of explanation in the parcel that was collected Thursday 13 July 2023. I expected Next to be understanding as I am 82 yrs and a widow.The reason for return was the fact that the blouse and trousers were sheer - see through.I have nothing against Next at all I have some beautiful clothes in my wardobe that I bought from Next here in Andover over the past 23 yrs. I sent back a ivory blouse and white trousers both sheer on Thursday 13 July 2023.
As I had odred them on line in your store near Andover I was not informed that they had to be returned to the store where ordered.
I am a widow of 82 years and have just retired from driving through ill health. A friend took me over to Next but I was unable to go back with the goods. So I contacted your courier service who came to my address and collected them.
I attached a letter explaining my situation and apologised.
I am sorry that I have found Next's clothes although beautiful mostly sheer.
This was a one off situation and the circumstances were unfoeseen.
Please conirm that you are refunding this order.

Couldnt access you unfortunately. Sent some reviews recently about your staff in Next ,Staines upon Thames which were highly complimentary.

They ordered a blue kitchen stool but it wasnt the same colour as the three kitchen stools that we bought from you at Next, Staines Upon Thames last year. We needed one the same colour (Opal Blue) as the other three. We were told recently that you didnt do that particular stool anymore!! Obviously pissed off!

Today I enquired in said store in case you had reintroduced that stool? Alas no you hadnt. However one of your colleagues helpfully suggested that you might have one of these stools at your main warehouse . It is Opal Blue Velvet with a black base .

Hence I tried, unsuccessfully, to contact you.

Today I was expecting a delivery into the next store in Llandudno. I was told it would arrive about 3pm and they would text to tell me when I could pick it up.

At just after 3pm I had a text to say that the delivery was late and my parcel wasnt there.

I rang the 0300 number and a Charming member of staff answered and was most apologetic. Half an hour later, she rang me a few times.I was in the shower I rang her back, and she said she had gone to find where my parcel was and found it and would text me as soon as it was processed.

Birthday disaster was resolved.

10 mins later I received a code to pick it up.

Thank you very much to the staff who searched and found it. A real diamond..

The air line gives them their money back for a cancellation but they will not forward that money onto me even though I want to rebook

Line Minute has received money from airline but wont pass that money onto me they has stole it and popped into their bank. Good way to grow a company. No repeat custom from me.

Misinformation at point ofvsale

More than a little disappointed when I received a 'phone call 2days prior to delivery, that the wardrobes would not be built by next.

Am now in a position of having got rid of my old wardrobes, and therefore clothes on a mess to say the least, I have been able to arrange for the wardrobes to be assembled, but not for 12more days, and to run salt in the wound, I have to wait 28 days before the money I paid for this service is refunded--I am not a happy chappy!

I ordered two self build wardrobes,after being told that there was a service provided by Next to have them built(at an extra cost)

Having agreed to this, I am more than a little disappointed to receive a 'phone call 2 days before delivery that Next could not in fact offer the he build service, and we have to wait for 28:days before being refunded the money we paid for this service

A very bitter taste indeed
